The only information we actively collect is what you choose to send through the contact form on this site: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, the type of project you're considering, and any details you include in the message field.

We do not require you to create an account. We do not buy or rent contact lists. We do not collect financial information on this site — payments for active client projects happen through Stripe, not jathinbande.com.

Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if it leads to a project, to coordinate the work. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't resell your information, and we don't use it for marketing to third parties.

If we don't end up working together, your submission stays in our inbox archive but is never reused for outreach.

This site relies on a small set of well-known providers to function. Each of them sees only the data it needs to deliver its part of the experience:

• Vercel hosts the site and handles standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) used for security and uptime.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized traffic data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) so we can understand what people are looking at. IP addresses are anonymized before storage.
• Google Search Console reports how the site appears in Google search. It does not see individual visitor data.
• Stripe processes any client payments. Stripe handles its own privacy and security; we never see or store card details.

We use a small number of cookies, set by Google Analytics, to count unique visitors and analyze session patterns. These cookies do not personally identify you. You can opt out at the browser level or via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics.

Inquiry emails are retained for as long as is operationally useful for client communication. Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, per Google Analytics' standard retention setting.

You can request that we delete any information you sent us through the contact form. Email jathin.webdev@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and we'll confirm removal within 30 days.

If you visited this site from a jurisdiction with data subject access rights (EU, UK, California, etc.), the same email handles those requests.

We'll update this page if the way we collect or handle information changes in a meaningful way. The “last updated” date at the bottom always reflects the most recent revision.
